Stacy Chacko is the Senior Manager, Recruiting and HR Business Partner at Schmidt Futures. In this role, she identifies, attracts, and engages talent for roles across the organization, along with building the overall recruitment strategy.

Prior to joining the team, Stacy spent time in the San Francisco Bay Area working at software technology start-ups. At Domino Data Lab, she built the technical University Recruiting program in both the United States and India, in addition to spearheading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and partnerships for the company. At TripActions, she grew the Go-to-Market function across 5 global offices and was appointed lead for the Talent Team task force focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has a background in social justice and community organizing. She is passionate about access and opportunity for underrepresented groups within the technology sector.

Stacy holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. in Human Services – Administration and Family Policy, with a minor in Black American Studies from the University of Delaware.
