Neiman Mathew is an Associate at Schmidt Futures.

Prior to Schmidt Futures, Neiman spent four years as the founder of Hex Labs, a scientific research startup focusing on magnetic polymers, energy storage, and next-gen computing.

Hex’s research was supported in partnership with Global Good (now transitioned to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Gates Ventures). In return for their support, Hex granted Global Good a non-exclusive license for commercial purposes relating to products available to the world bank’s list of middle and low-income countries.

Neiman is a previous Thiel Fellow, and We Are Family Foundation Global Teen Leader.
