Danielle Holman is the Senior Manager of Talent Selection at Schmidt Futures. She is the founding selection leader of the Quad Fellowship, a first-of-its-kind scholarship program for master’s and doctoral students, and provides strategic advice and support to leaders of Schmidt Futures Talent programs.

Prior to Schmidt Futures, she served as the Director of Admissions of the TEAK Fellowship. She developed the talent pipeline for extraordinary students from low-income backgrounds and chaired the organization’s Equity Committee. She also led a national search for youth leaders at the Making Caring Common Project and served as an admissions officer at Princeton University.

She holds an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from Princeton University, where she concentrated in the School of Public and International Affairs and earned certificates in African American Studies and Teacher Preparation.
