Daniel Rice is an Associate on the Strategy Team, working on strategic planning, research and development of new initiatives, and the monitoring and evaluation of programs. He also supports Schmidt Futures’ geopolitical and policy initiatives, leading projects for the International Strategy Forum and the Reimagine NY Commission.
Previously, Danny worked as an undergraduate research assistant for the Yale Clinical and Affective Neuroscience Laboratory, investigating the neural correlates of nicotine dependency therapies. He has conducted field research on water pump micro-insurance in rural Ghana for the Global Environment and Technology Foundation and interned at the Australian Institute for Health Innovation researching the ethics of AI in primary health consultations.
Danny holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
